Spa etiquette

Reservations – Services are available by appointment on a daily basis. Please call in advance to assure availability. Please note all sets of eyelash extension reservations will require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be deducted from service price at the time of application. Please review our cancellation policy.
 

Late Arrivals – We regret that late arrivals will not receive time extensions and will be responsible for full service fees.

Cancellations – We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellations less then 24 hours in advance will be charged a 50% fee of missed scheduled services.

 

Comfort – Please refrain from waxing or shaving prior to any treatment involving an exfoliation.

 

Children – Please arrange for childcare prior to your visit. This is your time!

 

Clothing – We recommend you wear loose comfortable clothing for all body treatments including acupuncture services.

 

Arrive In Good Time – We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to handle any paperwork (if you are a first time client) and prepare for your experience.

 

Gratuities – Gratuities are not included in any service and may be given at your discretion.

 

Valuables – We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Kindly refrain from bringing valuables.

Cellphones - Often times you are in a relaxed state while having treatments and the sound of the cellphone may startle you causing you and the therapist to jolt.  For this reason, we ask that you mute your cellphones while in treatment.

 

Payments – Cash, Venmo, Cash App, MC, Visa, Discover, American Express are accepted. We do not take personal checks.
